Two options
How to collect leads during the event
In just a few hours, you can gather high-quality leads equivalent to several weeks of work. With our smart technology, you can collect visitor data in two ways.
Each visitor wears a name badge containing digital information in the form of contact details and company information.
Use the reader
The visitor taps their name badge
Make it easy for visitors to remember their visit to your booth. When a visitor taps their badge on your reader, you receive their details, and they receive yours as well.
After the event, you receive a list of warm leads who have opted in for further contact. This allows you to extend the relationship beyond the event itself.
The reader is included in your EasyGo package, and you can customize the signage to align with your specific goals.
With the Easyfairs Nordics app, you can scan visitors’ badges from anywhere at the event.
You can also facilitate more efficient meetings by setting up predefined questions that your booth staff can easily click through during the conversation.
The app also allows you to invite visitors to your booth, streamlining your networking before, during, and after the event.
Are you wondering what is included in your package?
What is included in your package depends on the EasyGo package you selected when booking your stand. Check your confirmation email or contact William if you are unsure.
