ML Princess - High pressure humidifiers for direct room humidification
ML Princess Ceiling mounted humidifier - perfect for production The ML Princess is a wall or ceiling mounted humidifier providing 12-54 l/h per distribution unit. Ideal for production areas and requires no compressed air supply. The integrated fan distributes the mist uniformly in a 360-degree pattern. Uniform humidity with built-in fan An integrated fan draws in air from below and distributes the water particles for rapid evaporation into the air and uniform humidification in the room. Low energy consumption and high humidification efficiency The system has very low energy consumption with a single distribution unit providing up to 54 kg/h at only 120 W. Precision engineered nozzles ensure drip-free humidification It is very quiet during operation with only 59 dBa. Combined with precision engineered nozzles, water pipes and valves, the ventilation unit provides drip-free humidification. Optimal mineral-free humidification for industry and production The ML Princess is ideal for maintaining humidity in industrial manufacturing areas. ML Flex - High pressure humidifier for direct room humidification
ML Flex High pressure humidifier for dust suppression and industry ML Flex is a high-pressure humidifier for use in industrial production and greenhouses and for dust suppression and evaporative cooling. Mineral free humidification designed as needed. A series of high-pressure nozzles are placed on a pipe customised for each application. The pipe is connected to a high-pressure pumping station and a water treatment plant. The minerals are removed from the inlet water and fed to the nozzles at a pressure of between 60-70 bar. When the water is released, it vaporises and is absorbed by the air, causing the humidity to rise. High-pressure humidification suitable for dusty spaces. The ML Flex is made from the highest quality stainless steel. As there is no fan unit to disperse the water, no electrical connection is required for the distribution itself, meaning the system can be used in explosion-proof environments. It is also well suited for use in very dusty rooms, for example in textile production. Demineralised water humidification to reduce dust. The nozzle tube can be suspended from the ceiling or wall-mounted. As the humidifier uses demineralised water, no dust is released into the air.
Condair HP - High pressure humidifier for duct mounting
Condair HP Pressurised water provides rapid absorption and cooling effect Condair HP provides adiabatic humidification and cooling to a ventilation unit or duct. An array of nozzles mounted across the air stream disperses water under high pressure, creating a fine mist that is quickly absorbed. A droplet separator (downstream) removes any un-evaporated moisture from the air to ensure drip-free humidification. Low energy consumption and high humidification capacity The nozzles are mounted on a stainless steel pipe and connected to a high-pressure pump and a water treatment plant. The minerals are removed from the water before it enters the pipes at a pressure of 60-70 bar. A single pumping station can supply several ventilation units via a Master/Slave function. The system has a high humidification capacity of up to 1,300 kg/h and 884 kW of adiabatic cooling power with only 2.2 kW of electricity consumed per pump. High quality and stainless steel The nozzles and associated manifolds are made of the highest quality stainless steel. The oil-free high-pressure pump is also made of stainless steel and has 8,000 hours of guaranteed operation. BactiQuant ensures hygiene Hygiene is ensured by UV sterilisation and regular flushing cycles that prevent water from becoming stagnant in the system.

Many plastics manufacturers try to solve the problem by cooling the air with conventional air conditioning, but this is not a solution. Print Quality and Adhesion Depend on Proper RH In printing, a stable humidity level of 50–55% RH ensures colour consistency, smooth paper handling, and prevents static electricity. For adhesives used on labels and cartons, proper humidity prevents drying and failure to stick – especially on glass or metal surfaces. Preventing Static Electricity When working with foil and plastic films, higher humidity is needed to neutralise static charges that can disrupt production. RH levels of 50–60% are often required depending on the material’s absorption. Dimensional Stability in Board and Cardboard For corrugated board and carton, the right humidity level prevents curling, surface damage, and print defects. Moisture control helps preserve flexibility and strength, reducing waste caused by cracks and visible white marks.
