About us
DistriSort is a system integrator from the Netherlands. We create unique sorting solutions that help improve and speed up the picking and sorting process. Our sorting solutions are available for single-item articles like garments, shoes and fashion accessories, medicine, jewelry, toys, books, mail/postal, and everything in high volume.
Our solutions handle from 1,000 up to 40,000 pieces per hour. Both inbound (for accurate stock numbers), outbound (shop replenishment), e-commerce, returns, and cross-docking.
Our solutions are well known for their reliability, sustainability, and low maintenance requirements. This leads to a low total cost of ownership and quick ROI.
Service & support can in most cases be done by the operators. Even essential parts can easily be replaced. After commissioning, support is provided through regular (once a year) control by our skilled maintenance engineers. Our 24/7 helpdesk is available for (rare) emergencies.

Logistar Serbia (3PL Provider), Dual Split Tray Sorter + Cross Tray Sorter
In partnership with Logistar, we have implemented the latest in warehouse automation and sortation technology, including the highly efficient Split Tray Sorter, which complements the previously installed Cross Tray Srter. Together, these advanced automated sorting systems streamline the distribution process, ensuring precise and rapid delivery of goods to multiple stores and locations. The solution also sorts inbound items to warehouse loactions and the two solutions come together in one end-of-line sorter that was also installed by DistriSort.
Norah Fashion - Split Tray Sorter in Action
To support Norah’s growing presence in the Netherlands and Belgium, DistriSort integrated a cutting-edge Dual Split Tray Sorter — boosting efficiency across their warehouse operations. The system features high-speed conveyors for totes and boxes, dedicated lines for waste and empty totes, and a smart layout under the sorter for optimal flow. Added automation, including an auto-labeler, custom tote closer, and strapping system, ensures fast, seamless handling. Designed for flexibility, the sorter manages everything from inbound stock counting to outbound retail replenishment and online order fulfillment — including click & collect and direct-to-consumer. Even returns are streamlined for both retail and e-commerce.
