Lift Tables - Single Scissor
Our largest product group is made up of simple, yet powerful and versatile scissor lift tables. These scissor lift tables can be found in many different types operations, all equally adaptable, stable and ergonomic in design. The scissor lift table is often used as a means for material handling directly on the production floor or as a lorry loader outdoors at a loading dock. With a variety of performances and models, not to mention a load capacity from 500 to 10.000 kilos, there is a scissor lift table for every need. It is not just different industrial companies that are major users of our scissor lift tables - we also deliver to distribution centres, warehouses, stores and other service establishments. All models in the single scissor lift table group that start with T (T models) can be customized to the end-users specific requirements. A single scissor lift table can be supplied in a variety of different colors, with an array of different accessories or control alternatives all designed to suit the individual requirements of the customer. A number of models can be of the heavy-duty variety suitable for use in intensive operations. The functionality of the single scissor lift tables can be increased with the help of a number of accessories. Examples of such accessories within the product group are: mobile base, load flaps, guard rails, roller conveyors and turntables. At Empack 2025, you will be able to see the TL 1000SS, among other things. This is one of EdmoLift's stainless steel lift tables, which are ideal for use in industries with high hygiene requirements, such as the chemical, food, slaughterhouse, and pharmaceutical industries.
Work Positioners - Lift trolleys
Our lift trolleys are designed for environments with high demands for reliability and functionality, such as the manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace industries. Still, they are ideal for administration, logistics, and other environments. The lift trolleys are designed in steel with a powder-coated structural paint finish, which provides a highly resistant surface. The WP series lift trolleys are designed for the operator to lift easily, transport and position heavy objects up to 285kg, all in perfect ergonomic conditions. A wide range of tools is available to handle most types of loads. Examples of tools include platforms, booms, forks, lifting arms, and tools that can grip, tilt and rotate different objects. Handling heavy loads with a lifting movement that uses as little muscle power as possible minimises the risk of occupational injuries caused by repeated lifting, moving and handling of heavy objects. All models in the WP series are equipped with AGM batteries, are easy to manoeuvre and have a powerful and fast motor with a lifting time of 120 mm per second. A Work Positioner is the perfect choice when handling crates, rolls, cardboard boxes, drums or other types of loads that need to be lifted, moved and positioned. Among other things, the stainless steel version WP85L-SS will be on display at the 2025 exhibition.
Movexx Electric Tugs
Movexx electric tugs makes it easy to move heavy loads on wheels. Whether you are moving trolleys, hospital beds, industrial carts, roll containers or other objects on wheels, Movexx electric tugs makes it possible without any physical effort. An electric tug from Movexx moves loads across a single level. Therefore, the load has to be placed on something with wheels, such as a trolley or a scissor lift table with wheel chassis. Its operation relies on electric traction. Once the load is attached to the Movexx electric tug, it generates downward pressure on the wheel through the lever effect. Electric traction generated by this force is what makes it possible to move heavy materials. All electric tugs from Movexx are powered by a powerful and efficient electric motor, which changes heavy material handling into an easy and light task. EdmoLift is the sole distributor for Movexx electric tugs on the Nordic market. PRODUCT FEATURES Extremely user-friendly, no certificate or license is needed to operate the machines. Protection class IP44. Wide range of accessories. Speed and acceleration are programmable for free, before delivery, to suit the user’s needs.
