Schur®Star Concept for limited space
The compact Schur®StarLight Packaging Machine used for shown project requires a minimum of space, can be moved, operated, and cleaned by only one person. Additionally, the machine can be combined with various weighing and filling equipment, and it can pack products into a large selection of bag types and materials – also in a semi- and fully automatic process.
Schur®StarLight Machine
The Schur®StarLight Machine is a unique and simple combination of a small footprint packaging machine and pre-made, resealable bags. From the moment Schur®StarLight machine is connected to power, it is fully operational; despite the low investment, it offers high automation, extreme adaptability, and great flexibility.
Schur®StarLight Machine for non-food products
The process offered by the Schur®StarLight Machine supports all methods of packing – automatic, semiautomatic and manual – to allow packing products of all shapes, even the most demanding ones. In shown example, the pacifiers are manually packed into reclosable Schur®StarLight Bags – a practical choice for storage of various non-food items.
Schur®Star Concept for delicate handling
The gentle filling process offered by the Schur®Star Concept, with its low drop height and additional soft landing equipment, shall prevent crushing and damage to delicate products, e.g. cookies. Filling can be from the top, the side, or the bottom of the bag – the process is customised to fully match the specific product requirements.
Schur®Star Concept for multiple filling stations
The Schur®Star Packaging Machine equipped with adaptable filling line can hold up to 10 filling stations, allowing to pack different products at different stages of the packing process. The Schur®Star Bags open to their full width, allowing the operators to place the products easily and accurately in the bag.
Schur®Star Pure Paper Bag
The Schur®Star Pure Paper Bag is produced of pure, unbleached, and non-coated paper material, a renewable resource which is recyclable in pure paper streams. The Schur®Star Pure Paper Bag has a wide range of applications, both in non-food and food segments, where barrier functionalities are not required.
Schur®Star Concept for smaller formats
This petite (120 mm in length and 90 mm in width) yet highly functional bag is designed to cater to nicotine strips. Its reclosability and the addition of a nick for easy opening make the handling of the product very convenient, while the extremely high barrier protects the contents, prolonging their freshness and keeping the aroma intact. Whether it's delicate jewelry, electronics accessories, gourmet chocolates, or any other small item, our Schur®Star Bags provide an ideal, consumer-focused solution.
Schur®Star Packaging Machine
The Schur®Star Packaging Machine works with the premade Schur®Star Bags supplied to our customers linked together on a unique string. This combination offers an optimal packing process: effortless changeover between products, filling methods, and packaging formats – requiring only a few minutes, without additional tooling.
Schur®Star Concept
The Schur®Star Concept offers an efficient packing process, safe product processing, and bag constructions giving superior marketing opportunities. The bags are delivered premade on a unique string, as this construction ensures a uniform machine infeed and a precise positioning for filling. The combination of the Schur®Star Concept and the Micvac™ technology enables the producer to market unique products with a shelf life of 40-60 days. The Schur®Star Bags equipped with Micvac™ valve go through filling, sealing, cooking and pasteurising to result in superior ready-to-eat foods – all achieved with one process!
