LMS4000
Very fast 2D LiDAR sensor for precise and demanding measuring tasks The LMS4000 2D LiDAR sensor is particularly well-suited for use in intralogistics, material handling and in all areas in which goods must be quickly and systematically analyzed and moved. SICK offers the ideal solution for measuring, evaluating and processing objects in terms of position, shape, volume or surface quality. Regardless of the object position in containers, cartons or on pallets, or whether they are free-standing or touching one another, the LMS4000 measures precisely with high sampling density and a wide dynamic range. When used in conjunction with SICK Nova, the measurement data is immediately evaluated and aggregated into a turnkey application solution. A high throughput with comprehensive process reliability and low maintenance needs is the result.

MLG-2
With the MLG-2 measuring automation light grid, SICK is offering the right solution for a wide range of applications in logistics and factory automation. The MLG-2 Prime, MLG-2 Pro and MLG-2 ProNet device variants are suitable for demanding applications. The light grid detects small holes in battery production and even measures material layers in transparent objects with the new “Material Teach” function. The MLG-2 family has been adapted to the cybersecurity standard of the future. Thanks to the pre-installed solutions of the SOPAS ET configuration software, an improved remote control customer service is also possible. The MLG-2 ProNet comes with modern industrial interfaces such as PROFINET, EtherCAT® and EtherNet/IP™ so that beam data can be evaluated in programmable logic controllers in a customer-specific manner.

Lector61x
1D, 2D and DPM code identification using a compact camera – ideal for miniature codes as well

Track and Trace Analytics Lite
Quick, easy diagnosis and data analysis of track and trace systems This diagnostic and analysis software is custom-designed for track-and-trace systems. Real-time access to data on systems, objects and processes is even possible in the free version. You can use these data to check the system’s health status at any given time; KPIs can be calculated automatically and visually depicted. The software can be expanded in flexible configurations and contains additional functions that allow you to manage multiple systems from a single interface and to access object images. Specific object data can be exported and integrated into customers’ IT systems. Installing the software on the system controller ensures secure, quick and scalable data processing.
