THE TAILOR-MADE SOFTWARE FOR THE MODULAR AND FLEXIBLE MANAGEMENT OF OVERALL LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS CREATED FOR AUTOMATION Entirely designed and developed within System Logistics, our proprietary software encloses in a single package all the tools required for fully checking the different technologies that make up an intralogistics solution, such as stacker cranes, mini-load systems, FRS (Fast Rotation Storage), AGVs, shuttle cars, SVL (System Vehicle Loops) systems, robots, pallet and package transport, but also third party machines and software, with the support of an advanced graphical interface with real-time display of what is happening in the system. SINGLE PRODUCT AND TOTAL FLEXIBILITY The modular structure and the wide range of customization options ensure the high scalability of our proprietary software: an “All-In-One” product that considers the system as one single entity, guaranteeing top performance and control and fully meeting customers’ needs.
Stacker Cranes
Stacker cranes are designed for automated infeed/outfeed operations within material storage activities.They move lengthwise along the aisles to position or extract the loading units (pallets). The handling system moves the loading units from the picking bays, places them in the storage cells and vice versa. The key benefits of using stacker cranes within a storage system are fast and accurate warehouse control and updating, easier inventory system, elimination of manual errors, and adjustment to special working conditions (temperature -30°, high humidity). System Logistics produces multiple versions of stacker cranes, which can be configured according to the following characteristics: loading unit type and capacity, height up to 40 m, variable number of columns, horizontal speed up to 4m/s, load lifting devices with single or double-depth telescopic forks, multi-depth satellite vehicles, variable temperature (room temperature, controlled temperature or cold storage).
AGV/AMR
AGV are autonomous vehicles for any kind of handling activity inside a factory. They can connect production lines to the warehouse and dispatch areas, and are also suitable for many functions to service filling and packaging lines: › Supply and storage of packaging materials › Recycling of material and removal of waste › Storage and handling of format part, tools and machine modules › Pallet storage & handling of full pallets and empty pallets They are able to handle different types and dimensions of unit loads (pallets, bins, etc.).
