Turck Vilant Systems
About us
Turck Vilant Systems deliver turnkey track & trace solutions serving industrial customers worldwide. Our in-house developed track & trace platform comprises an intelligent RFID system. In addition, it expands to utilize active tracking elements, such as BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), GPS, or other IoT equipment when needed.
RFID and IoT-based solutions bridge the gap between the physical and company IT worlds. For example, the company’s IT system cannot see what the operators in production or warehouses do. Thus, our IoT and RFID system acts as the bridge and verifies the use of correct materials and tools during production ramp-up. And at the end of a production line, our solution gives unique identities to finished products or production batches, allowing the track and trace system automatically monitor their warehouse location, availability, and shipment status.
We equip dock doors, forklifts, mobile devices, and conveyor belts with RFID, sensors, and other IoT devices to help track individual products, boxes, roller cages, or pallets used for shipping. The Turck Vilant Systems RFID system supports using RFID on forklifts, conveyor belts, mobile devices, and gates to ensure the picking, using, and shipping of correct items.

RFID Tunnels
RFID tunnels streamline inventory management across production lines, warehouses and logistics hubs. Turck Vilant Systems' RFID tunnel is designed for high-volume tracking and automatically records all items that pass through it – whether they are moved on a conveyor belt or pushed manually – without detecting anything outside its defined space.

RFID Forklift, payloaders, cranes and more
Forklifts equipped with RFID ensures reliable and up-to-date information on material, product and asset availability. Furthermore the system automatically registers asset and product whereabouts. A smart RFID system knows what a forklift carries on its fork. And as the forklifts move in the production estate, their movement from one hall to another can easily be tracked.

RFID Gates
RFID gates are used to register the arrival of materials or shipping of products. A smart RFID system feeds company business applications such as ERP (enterprise resource planning), WMS (warehouse management system) and MES (manufacturing execution system) with data on material, product and asset availability.
