And with growing demand, the company had to realize capacity issues and a need for a more organized and systematic approach to the packing flow.

Our packing machine has an adaptable filling line that can hold up to ten filling stations. So each item is packed from a different station. In the machine, the bags open to their full width. This gives our operators both hands free to place the items accurately in the bag. With this systemization we prevent errors, interruptions of the flow, and downtime. And we can man the number of filling stations individually, to match the number of items for the specific job. The flexibility is unique.”
