E80 Group specializes in the development of automated and integrated intralogistics solutions for consumer goods manufacturers and distribution centers, mainly operating in the CPG and FMCG sectors. Our Group's tailor-made end-to-end systems optimize all operations according to each specific business need and market requirement. We partner with our customers to deliver technologies that make a difference over time. In the early stages of the process, by combining simulation and 3D mapping, we test layout options, analyze flow peaks, explore storage strategies, and simulate critical events — achieving a reliability rate of over 95% between simulation and implementation. We develop a wide range of hardware systems such as palletizing robots, robotic stretch wrappers and labelers, pallet inspection technologies, picking solutions and automatic high-density warehouses. Among these, AGVs and LGVs are designed to integrate, interconnect and enhance the flows guaranteeing flexibility and safety. These vehicles automate warehousing operations preventing bottlenecks within VNAs, block storage, selective, double-deep, gravity rack, easy storage, twin-load and drive-in storage systems, including high-bay warehouses. Our Group has also developed the SM.I.LE80 (Smart Integrated Logistics) software platform that ensures the integration of flows, and the traceability of the products handled. At E80 Group, innovation is guided by safety as one of the core principles, with the aim of increasing reliability across all intralogistics operations: from the inbound area to shipping with Automatic Truck Loading. This approach is based on a security-and-safety‑by‑design framework: our solutions are designed in compliance with international standards and regulations and integrate advanced devices that help reduce risks arising from unpredictable behaviours. To further increase the level of safety within facilities we have patented SmartDect, a device that prevents possible collisions between AGVs and people during activities using Ultra Wide Band, a technology able to locate operators wearing tags in proximity of vehicles.
