      ML Flex High pressure humidifier for dust suppression and industry ML Flex is a high-pressure humidifier for use in industrial production and greenhouses and for dust suppression and evaporative cooling. Mineral free humidification designed as needed. A series of high-pressure nozzles are placed on a pipe customised for each application. The pipe is connected to a high-pressure pumping station and a water treatment plant. The minerals are removed from the inlet water and fed to the nozzles at a pressure of between 60-70 bar. When the water is released, it vaporises and is absorbed by the air, causing the humidity to rise. High-pressure humidification suitable for dusty spaces. The ML Flex is made from the highest quality stainless steel. As there is no fan unit to disperse the water, no electrical connection is required for the distribution itself, meaning the system can be used in explosion-proof environments. It is also well suited for use in very dusty rooms, for example in textile production. Demineralised water humidification to reduce dust. The nozzle tube can be suspended from the ceiling or wall-mounted. As the humidifier uses demineralised water, no dust is released into the air.

The system has a high humidification capacity of up to 1,300 kg/h and 884 kW of adiabatic cooling power with only 2.2 kW of electricity consumed per pump. High quality and stainless steel The nozzles and associated manifolds are made of the highest quality stainless steel. The oil-free high-pressure pump is also made of stainless steel and has 8,000 hours of guaranteed operation.
