Extremely Large Volume: The CB3 High Pallet Box
The German Craemer Group is presenting its latest product development: the large-volume CB3 High pallet box with a capacity of around 1,000 litres. The CB3 High was designed specifically to allow for even more efficient transport of particularly large quantities or bulky goods. The large load carrier is moulded in one piece and boasts a high level of stability and resistance, while the sophisticated design ensures everyday ease of use. The CB3 High pallet box is made of high-quality, food-safe polyethylene, is available in industrial dimensions (1,200 x 1,000 millimetres) with three longitudinal runners or nine feet and weighs 46.5 or 49.5 kilograms. With a height of 1,140 millimetres and a capacity of around 1,000 litres, the CB3 High offers significantly more interior volume than most other pallet boxes. Single-mould production ensures a robust runner or foot connection; additional ribs above the entry openings of the closed outer walls offer increased protection against forklift tines and the strong ribbing of the lower deck ensures that the bottom of the container is very robust. Integrated stacking cams on the outside corners lock with the stacking pockets in the bottom, ensuring stacked boxes are firmly secured. The CB3 High is temperature resistant from -30 to +40 degrees Celsius, and even up to +90 degrees for a short time. The seamless construction and smooth inner walls mean it is easy to clean and dry. The new, large-volume pallet box from Craemer is optionally available with lateral trunnions for effortless lift-tilt emptying. As an option, the CB3 High is also available with an open 1-inch and 2-inch drain port hole, and if necessary, markings facilitate drilling of the standard closed holes with integrated thread. A transponder bracket on each of the long sides enables optional retrofitting with RFID tags, and printing fields offer space for an individual logo, lettering or numbering. A custom-fit lid is available as additional equipment.

Extremely Durable: The SB3 Pallet Box
Plastic pallet boxes are the ideal solution for storing and transporting products and bulk goods – provided the containers are robust, stackable, easy to transport and easy to clean. The new SB3 pallet box from Craemer meets all of these requirements. Its single-mould production and stable construction make it very durable. The Craemer pallet box SB3 is made of high-quality, food-safe polyethylene and is available in industrial dimensions (1,200 x 1,000 mm). The 790 millimetres high container has a capacity of 610 litres and a payload of 700 kilograms. The SB3 is available in a closed or perforated version, with three runners or nine feet. Depending on the version, it weighs 38.5 or 43.5 kilograms. Thanks to its design, the one-piece, injection moulded SB3 offers numerous advantages. The particularly stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and, with the former version, secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls provide increased impact protection against forklift tines, while the all-round stacking shoulder in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other containers (Euro stacking system). The seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces enable easy emptying, cleaning and drying. The vents of the perforated version are chamfered on the inside to protect sensitive goods. Two transponder brackets enable retrofitting with RFID tags, and printing fields offer space for an individual logo, lettering or numbering. The SB3 is rounded off by a custom-fit lid, which is available as additional equipment.

Completely closed: the HB3 Pallet Box
Hygiene is a crucial factor in technical and logistical processes involving pharmaceutical and chemical products, food and cosmetics. Craemer, pioneer in plastics processing, has developed the new HB3, a pallet box entirely made of PE: hygienic, robust, ideal for this sector. With its latest development, the specialist in plastics offers a world first innovation: HB3 is the first and only completely closed pallet box on the market with welded runners. The new HB3 box in industrial size (outer dimensions, l x w x h: 1200 x 1000 x 790 millimetres) consists of two one-piece injection-moulded elements: the box body as the top part and the pallet with three welded runners as the bottom part. Another special feature: A patented weld seam geometry for joining both plastic elements ensures maximum impact resistance and break strength; the weld seam is contour-milled and therefore almost invisible. The HB3 box, with a tare weight of approx. 42 kilograms (without reinforcement profiles), can carry a volume of max. 580 litres and withstand a stacking load of 5000 kilograms. The box is extremely rigid thanks to the welding of top and bottom part. Three additional metal reinforcement profiles (available as an option) permit a further increase of bending stiffness. The exact payload of this new development is currently being determined. R&D experts from Craemer call it the “elephant among pallet boxes”. According to them, in relation to its size is the strongest on the market. Construction and design of the box body ensure optimum hygiene. According to the manufacturer, the completely closed pallet box has excellent cleaning properties and has no nooks or crannies in which bacteria may settle. The seamless design, the smooth inner walls and the welded runners allow easy emptying, cleaning and drying. The almost invisible contour-milled welding seam, the clean and clear lines, the minimal ribbing and the rounded shape also contribute to this.

For optimised handling: the 300 Liter ET Box
Large-volume plastic containers are indispensable aids in the internal and external logistics of the meat sector and other industries. Solutions that save on space and costs are particularly in demand. Craemer's new Economic Transport Box offers all this. Thanks to the optimised stacking system, the stable 300-litre rotary stacking container can be stacked easily and safely. In addition, when these boxes are nested once they are empty, they offer an impressive space reduction of around 70 percent. The new Economic Transport Box – "ET Box" for short – is made from high-quality, food-grade polyethylene in a single mould-production and is HACCP-compliant. The container holds 300 litres, weighs 17.7 kg and has a length of 1,200 mm, width of 780 mm, and height of 630 mm (external dimensions). The ET Box can withstand temperatures from -30 to +40 degrees and even +90 degrees for short periods of time. It is resistant to most chemicals and cleaning agents. The seam-free design and smooth inner walls mean that the container is easily cleaned and dried. The optimised stacking system ensures the simple and efficient handling of the nestable and stackable ET Box. During stacking, specially designed surfaces at the top of the inside of the container offer a secure support for the four sturdy exterior feet. If rotated 180 degrees, the ET Boxes can be conveniently nested inside each other to save space – for efficient logistics when the boxes are transported and stored empty. This brings about a space reduction of around 70 percent. A comparison of stack height: Four stacked ET Boxes have a height of 2,445 mm, which corresponds to 14 stacked Euro stacking containers (2,450 mm). Reinforcements on the tapered long sides of the boxes make it easy to unstack them when empty and increase the stability of the container walls. Narrow and/or orthogonal ribbing reinforces the circumferential container rim and the floor, whilst the latter is given additional stability by a central foot.

EURO L1® – Plastics instead of Wood
Reliable transport and logistics systems with professional palletising and container loading require durable, practical and economical solutions for storage and transport of freight and trade products. With the new EURO L1®, the Craemer Group has developed a sustainable and robust plastic pallet that fulfils even the most demanding requirements. The intralogistic systems of numerous European companies operating in production, trade and logistics are adapted to the dimensions of the wooden Euro pallet. With overall dimensions of 150 x 1,200 x 800 millimetres (H x L x W), a new innovation from Craemer corresponds exactly to these Euro sizes: EURO L1®. This new solution developed and made in Germany is a practical alternative to conventional pallets. In contrast to wood, which wears out really quick and splinters in everyday use, the EURO L1® is extremely robust and durable since it is injection-moulded in one piece from high-quality polyethylene (PE). Suitable for all kinds of applications in logistics, this splinter-free plastic pallet from Craemer is particularly suitable for automated high rack warehouses. It is compatible with old and new installations, all types of light barriers and sensors and, thanks to its special design, runs maintenance-free and trouble-free on all commercially available conveyor technology systems, such as chain conveyors and roller conveyors. EURO L1® can also be controlled with the help of conventional stacker cranes, palletisers and depalletisers. The pallet is provided with 5 reinforcement profiles, permitting a static load capacity of 7,500 kilograms and 1,250 kilograms in motion (dynamic load) or in high racking. The Palgrip® elements are additional features of this new pallet. As an experienced manufacturer of high-quality plastic pallets, Craemer has developed Palgrip®, a unique anti-slip coating. This coating is a standard feature on the upper deck in the shape of abrasion-resistant, welded anti-slip strips.

Euro Pallet Collar CC1
One clever way to expand the use of Euro pallets is to combine them using pallet collars. The result is a stable and reusable packaging unit that ensures loads are reliably protected while avoiding packaging waste and thus saving on disposal costs. And integrated handles, movable locking elements and a sophisticated folding mechanism all make the new CC1 Euro pallet collar from Craemer particularly easy to handle. Other advantages include variable application options, enormous volume reducibility and slip resistance. The CC1 is made entirely of PE and is compatible with wooden and plastic pallets. When unfolded, the 7.8 kilogram collars are easy and simple to place on pallet and can be stacked 3 high, allowing for greater flexibility in transporting goods of different sizes. The ideal combination for a loading unit with a height of around 2.10 meters: a stack of two pallets with three collars each. The optionally available external 10-millimetre edge of the CC1 ensures that the pallet is securely locked in place. Without rim, the collar can be tightly locked in place using a pallet lid. Movable locking elements allow the sophisticated folding mechanism of the Euro pallet collar from Craemer to be actuated with a simple movement of the hand. When folded, the volume of the CC1 is reduced by 75 percent. This means little space is required when transporting the stacked collars, while ingenious locking elements on the bottom ensure slip-resistance – even when unfolded. Adhesive fields for labels and integrated transponder mounting brackets round out the innovation from Craemer.

KUBO
Kubo – The Four-Way Box For Heavy Weights Automotive: New development from Craemer as an alternative to the metal grid box In the automotive industry, a smooth internal material flow is one of the essential factors for efficient production. The Craemer Group is one of the leading international automotive suppliers with its large-scale production of metal automotive modules and plastic load carriers. To ensure smooth (intra-)logistics in the industry, the plastics pioneer is launching a new development: Kubo, a robust four-way box made of high-quality polyethylene (PE) as an alternative to the metal grid box (gitterbox). Kubo is compatible with metal gitterboxes (Gibo) and is suitable for both, alternative and parallel use. With the same external dimensions (1240 x 835 x 970 mm / internal dimensions: 1132 x 732 x 831 mm), it has a volume of approximately 610 litres; with a tare weight of 51 kilograms (including front drop door), it has a stacking load of 3000 kilograms, a payload of 1000 kilograms and a dynamic load of 2100 kilograms. The design is based on the UIC-435-3 (International Union of Railways) and/or DIN 15155/8 standards. The four feet are designed as exchangeable corner columns. Craemer's new Kubo four-way box runs maintenance-free and trouble-free on all conventional conveyor systems and is suitable for automated high-rack warehouses. In addition to the advantages offered by the PE material – protected contents thanks to the closed walls, low tare weight and therefore more cost-effective empty transport (approximately 25 % less weight than gitterboxes) – the Kubo boasts enormous stability and excellent stackability. The stacking height of two Kubo boxes is 1940 millimetres; a maximum of three plastic boxes can be stacked on top of each other with a full payload of 1000 kilograms per box. As with the gitterbox, the top edges provide ideal stacking surfaces.
