Tony Winkler is Head of Operations and Sustainability at Elgiganten Sweden, with more than 20 years’ experience in senior roles across retail and after-sales. In his current role, he is responsible for logistics, repairs, customer support and sustainability, among other areas. Tony is driven by finding efficient and profitable solutions, with a particular interest in circularity and how retail can create better flows and make better use of products even after they have been sold.
