Uni Sallnäs is an Associate Professor and Head of the Division of Logistics and Quality Development at Linköping University. Her research focuses on how consumers, e-retailers, and logistics companies collectively shape future delivery systems. In recent years, she has led several research projects examining the interplay between consumer behavior, logistics systems, and the transition to sustainability, with a particular emphasis on the evolution of e-commerce.
