The system features high-speed conveyors for totes and boxes, dedicated lines for waste and empty totes, and a smart layout under the sorter for optimal flow. Added automation, including an auto-labeler, custom tote closer, and strapping system, ensures fast, seamless handling.

Designed for flexibility, the sorter manages everything from inbound stock counting to outbound retail replenishment and online order fulfillment — including click & collect and direct-to-consumer. Even returns are streamlined for both retail and e-commerce.
