Warematic continuously analyzes todays order flow and combines them in the most efficient way, minimizing transport distances and increasing capacity. Behind the scenes, millions of possible combinations are evaluated to always choose the fastest route through the warehouse.

Using a true 3D geographic representation of your warehouse – including aisles, cross aisles, one-way streets and dead ends – WAREMATIC calculates the shortest possible route for each picking round. This ensures that pickers always take the shortest route, reducing picking round distances by up to 40% compared to traditional WMS picking logic.

iPiccolo AB, the company behind InkClub.com, implemented Warematic to optimize manual order picking and increase warehouse efficiency. Following a feasibility study, Warematic was launched in October 2025.

Since its implementation, iPiccolo has achieved an improvement in picking efficiency of more than 40% – exceeding the results calculated in the initial analysis. By adding an optimization layer on top of the existing WMS, Warematic automatically combines incoming orders into optimal picking routes.
